Pinfabb Srl has been established in 1981 under the denomination Alfa sas, performing repairs activities to maritime navigation equipment, specializing in the Electronic/Electrical aspects of Fins stabilization. In 1994 it has designed a digital stabilizing control capable of replacing any old stabilization control not repairable any more for lack of available spare parts.

On 20-03-2002 the Society Alfa sas is transformed in SRL acquiring a new denomination (Pinfabb Srl) and transferring to a new location in the Business centre of Genoa renewing itself completely. Pinfabb now offers to its clients specialist staff to assist Dry Docks charged with mechanical repairs to the fins and also electronic technicians as well as hydraulics capable to perform complete Repairs/Revision to stabilizing fins' plants.
Pinfabb Srl with its production ranging from software to digital controls and hydraulic parts including Seals is capable to restore vintage stabilizing fins of any age to an ex-novo state.
So far Pinfabb has restore/upgraded about 60 ships.
Moreover our stabilizing controls are equipped of software that can impose on the fins a personalized stabilization to: large Passenger ships, Yachts and even military ships.

Pinfabb Srl is in Partner-Ship with JGP Hellas Greece that has a workshop suitable for any type of mechanical works to the stabilizing fins in Dry Dock including the rebuilding of any type of fins or flap that have suffered heavy damages.

Pinfabb Srl already a leader for the maintenance of navigational equipment with Kelvin Hughes wares. Lately Pinfabb has specialized itself on Sonars for navigation and in particular for surveillance and defensive equipment.
